Introduction

Mktgeist.com is built provide financial information and analysis of different markets over the world. The long term goal is to build a site and community to facilitate the use of trading systems for automated swing trading by providing entries, exits, stop levels and risk reward measurements for a wide variety of liquid stocks.

This site analyzes approximately 3000 securities in the European, North American and Asian Stock Markets on weekly bases using end of day data. The job accomplished in the background is huge. The data for all the stocks is downloaded and analyzed by sophisticated algorithms which issue daily signals and alerts. The signals are posted every time the system is updated, the trading systems are currently under extensive test and will be published as soon as all the analysis have been performed.

Alerts can be used to find interesting overbought and oversold conditions on traded stocks, whereas trading systems will present a complete and clear analysis by providing risk-reward measurements, entries, stop loss levels and target levels. This alerts and trading systems are aimed at helping those who are not familiar with technical analysis to make appropriate market decisions.
